In most cases we attend the same day. For genuine emergencies — particularly fridge freezer breakdowns where food is at risk — we aim for a 2–4 hour response window across London and nearby areas.

You see your exact price on screen before you pay — enter your postcode, appliance and fault in the booking form and it is worked out for you. That price covers the call-out, the diagnosis and the repair labour, and it is paid in full online when you book. There is no single flat rate: prices vary with the day, the time of your slot, same-day and Sunday bookings, the Congestion Charge zone and premium brands. Parts are never included — if one is needed we quote it separately and only fit it once you approve.

Yes — we repair all brands including Bosch, Siemens, Samsung, LG, Miele, AEG, Hotpoint, Indesit, Beko, Zanussi, Whirlpool, Neff, Smeg, Electrolux, Rangemaster and many more.

Every repair carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee. If the same fault occurs within 12 months of our visit, we return and fix it at no additional charge. Guarantee terms apply.

Yes — all engineers are fully qualified, manufacturer-trained, and fully insured. They are directly employed (never subcontracted) and carry ID on every visit.

Yes — evening, weekend and Sunday slots are priced differently from standard daytime rates, and same-day bookings, the Congestion Charge zone and premium brands can affect the price too. You never have to guess: the booking form shows your exact price on screen before you pay.

In some cases an appliance may be BER — Beyond Economical Repair. If that is the case our engineer will tell you straight. The price you paid covers the call-out and the diagnosis, so it still applies once the engineer has attended, but nothing further is charged if the repair cannot go ahead.
